Solids:
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups of sugar (I actually use 1 1/2, but the recipe says 2)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
Liquids:
- 2 beaten eggs
- 180ml oil
- 1 tsp of vanilla
Filling:
- 3 Cups of cubed apples
- 1/2 cups of raisins
- 1/2 cups of nuts
Instructions:
- Peel and cut the apples in cubes (I actually don’t peel them, but it’s up to you)
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl
- Beat the eggs and add them to the mixture, then add the other liquid ingredients
- After they are thoroughly mixed, add the filling
- Bake at 350F for about 1 hour (until the outside is golden brown and and a toothpick comes out of the dough “clean”)
